We ship worldwide. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of confirmed payment via USPS Priority Mail/Priority Mail International.
Return/Exchange Policy:
Your complete satisfaction is important to us!
To expedite your return/exchange, please contact us at returns@doodlecountry.com, providing your name, order number and reason for return/exhange. We'll respond within 2 business days with all the information you will need to process your transaction.
Your form of payment will be credited in 3-5 business days of merchandise receipt and you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 10 business days for your account balance to reflect the refund. This timeframe varies by bank.
If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by DoodleCountry.com, or a damaged or defective product, we will refund merchandise and shipping charges to your original form of payment. We will reimburse shipping charges incurred to return incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise to DoodleCountry.com, not to exceed the published USPS Priority Mail/Priority Mail International for the weight of the package.
If returning merchandise for any other reason, you are required to pay all shipping charges to and from DoodleCountry.com.
All items must be returned in original packaging and in new, sellable condition. Items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase.
